Plus they don’t have to fight with the driver so he accepts the payment by credit card, and they don't have to worry about stopping at the bank for cash while en route because the driver is telling that the credit card terminal is not working. All they have to do is pick up a phone and dial your number. It sounds highly sophisticated, but actually the process is fairly simple.
