Driver Score and share of the drivers’ revenues

Dial Dispatch, automated dispatching software, has a reward/punishment score system to give an incentive to the drivers who  are seniors in the company,  who always take the rides that we offer them,  who always show up at the pick-up, who drive far for a short ride, who drive safely, etc.

Basically, it is very simple: the drivers with the high scores will receive more business!

This scoring solution helps also to share the revenue of the drivers: each time Dial Dispatch, automated dispatching software looks for the average hourly revenue of the drivers and gives the fare accordingly to make a fair dispatch!
