As part of this proposal Dialie has included the ability to offer customers instant and accurate trip pricing. When a customer calls and asks how much from Point A to Point B, the reservation personnel can click on the “Estimate” button on their screen and the system will calculate the exact mileage for the shortest distance, the estimate duration and prices with that mileage in the ideal traffic conditions.
