If you would like your passenger to prepay for a ride using your credit card, a check or PayPal, they may do it online or on the phone. Please note that a processing fee applies.
In order to prepay for a future reservation, the passenger must create the reservation first by calling your office or at the time of the online reservation. Dialie's ride estimator will calculate the total and add the gratuity.
If you need assistance calculating the waiting time, additional stops, tolls or gratuity, please contact Dialie to we customize a ride estimator for your company. The estimator can as well be by zone or by miles if your drivers are using a taximeter.
